Greg grew up in Hokes Bluff, Alabama. After earning his associate degree in nursing at Gadsden State Community College, Greg began his nursing career at DCH Regional Medical Center, where he worked from 1982 to 1999. He worked as a charge nurse while continuing his education, earning a Bachelor of Science in nursing at the University of Alabama (1989) and a Masters of Science in nursing from the University of Alabama in Birmingham (1999). He was certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in 1999.
Caleb Elmore was born and raised in Northport, Alabama. His undergraduate work was completed at Bevill State Community College in Fayette, Alabama and then he went on to complete his Master of Science in Nursing at Samford University in Birmingham. Caleb is also a member of the Sigma Theta Tau international honor society. Caleb has work experience at DCH Regional Medical Center in the Acute Cardiac Care Unit as well as the Catheterization Laboratory. He was certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
