Appointment Policies:  If you are unable to keep your appointment date/time, please contact us, prior to your appointment date, so that we can reschedule your visit.  Effective 9/1/2017 we are going to have to start charging for “no shows”, where no notification was provided, prior to the appointment.  Our “no show” charge could be up to $50.00.  We obviously prefer not to have to charge for “no shows”, so we just need you to always notify us, in advance,  if you have a need to reschedule your appointment.
